LV Neverfull Inside Out包将热卖的Neverfull包，转变为包身可以翻转换面、让内里变为包身的别致设计，当前2款设计外侧皆为经典的Monogram帆布图样，其一内衬为柔软粒面单色设计，搭配条纹拉链小袋，也是郭雪芙在美照中所背的包款，当起「双面女郎」。

另一款内衬则为活泼的撞色桃红、正红、鲜黄等条纹样貌，使1个包就拥有2种搭配呈现，侧边并附有调节锁扣，可将尺寸较大的MM包款变为梯形的Hobo造型。还有尺寸较小的Neverfull Inside Out BB款，外侧同样为Monogram帆布，内里为单色设计，并搭配有条纹拉链小袋的，拥有黑色、深卡其色、深粉红色，该小袋也可拆卸单独后单独配搭，当作随身小包使用
