A: Excuse me.
C: Hi, there. What can I do for you?
A: I bought this dress here yesterday, and I’d like to return it.
C: OK, I can help you with that. Do you know the name of the sales assistant who helped you?
A: I’m sorry, but I didn’t get his name. He was tall with brown hair.
C: That would be James. He isn’t in today. What seems to be the problem with the dress?
A: Well, I thought it fit fine at the store, but I found it a bit too tight after a meal.
