Olivia walks up to a staff member at a duty-free store at the airport to ask some questions.
O: Excuse me, do you know how I can get a tax refund for some items I bought during my travels?
S: Of course. Do you have your receipts and passport with you?
O: Yes, I have them here.
S: Great. The tax refund process is quite simple. You can proceed to the tax refund counter just before the security check. They’ll check your receipts and passport and then process your tax refund. You have to spend a minimum amount of US$50 for the refund, though.
