Many studies tested whether people experience a sugar high after eating or drinking something that contains sugar. These studies show that having a sugar high is just a myth. One study also looked at the behavior of parents. One group of parents was told their children drank something that contains sugar. Another group of parents was told their children drank something without sugar. In fact, all of the children had the same drink, which had no sugar.
