No one wants to be in a plane crash, but there’s always a chance that it could occur. On the off chance that a tragedy happens, evacuating passengers and crew quickly and efficiently becomes the priority. On average, a passenger plane carries 300 people. Getting that many people off a crashed plane is no simple task, but it has to be done as quickly as possible. Post-crash fires are the greatest hazard if the plane has managed to crash-land with the fuselage still in one piece.
