　　The Cooper’s Hill cheese-rolling event has been held annually every May for several hundred years. Over the past few years, the event has drawn big crowds from all parts of the world. What exactly happens in this cheese-rolling race? There are actually four races in all: three races for men and one for women. To enter the race, all you need to do is reach the top of Cooper’s Hill early and introduce yourself to the event organizers. The racers then line up and wait for the signal.

　　数百年来，库柏山滚起司活动在每年五月都会举行。过去几年来，这项活动吸引了来自世界各地的大批群众。这场滚起司大赛到底是如何进行的？实际上总共有四场比赛：三场男子组比赛与一场女子组比赛。要参加比赛，你所需要做的就是提早到达库柏山顶并向活动主办方介绍自己。参赛者接著排成一列等待信号。
